A Professional Learning and Development Expert is sought to support the organization's learning and professional development needs.
The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate learning programs and initiatives, while fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization. This includes supporting employees' growth, engagement, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs and initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization
- Support employees' growth, engagement, and overall performance
Selection Criteria:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Extensive knowledge of Employment Services contract knowledge and contract compliance
- Able to understand best practice service delivery and train others on this
- Sound knowledge of training methodologies
- Substantial experience in facilitating and delivering training or substantial experience within the Employment Services Industry
