Wine Expert Wanted

We are looking for a highly skilled wine expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fine wines, with extensive knowledge of food and wine pairings.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow the wine list, matching great wines with great cuisine, and engaging with guests.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Wine Knowledge
  • Current NSW RSA Certificate
  • Minimum of two years working in premium dining venues

Responsibilities:

  • Curate and update wine list
  • Continuous training and development to ensure current knowledge
  • Ongoing training of staff on available wines
  • Execute proper wine serving techniques
