Asset Support Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team, working closely with a local government office in Perth, Australia. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative support skills, experience working with building-related construction or maintenance works, and strong communication skills.

About the Role:

  • Provide general administrative support for effective program coordination, processes, and systems for best practice asset management.
  • Liaise with tenants to conduct inspections and reports.
  • Assist in developing service level agreements, organize compliance, review systems, procedures, and controls within housing management.

Skill Requirements:

  • Previous relevant experience working with building-related construction or maintenance works, including liaison.
  • Knowledge or experience using IT Vision SynergySoftProven.
  • Proven proficiency in written, administrative, computer (Microsoft) communication skills, with ability to undertake research and write complex letters and reports.
