  • Lead the development and evaluation of our Complex Care and Frequent User Management Program, ensuring it remains responsive to evolving patient and system needs.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives that promote better health outcomes and deliver impactful service improvements.
  • Combine advanced clinical practice with project leadership to develop innovative solutions that make a lasting difference in patient care.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with Authority to Practice from the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Minimum seven years' full-time post-graduate experience, including five years' equivalent experience in the specialty field.
  • Postgraduate nursing qualifications relevant to the specialty field or evidence of working towards such qualifications.
  • High level of clinical expertise, critical thinking, and advanced clinical reasoning in delivering person-centred, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care and case management.
