Senior Operations Manager

**Job Opportunity:** Team Leader
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, coordinating resources, and ensuring efficient completion of tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prioritise and allocate tasks to meet deadlines and maximise equipment availability.
- Ensure necessary materials, tools, and equipment are available for efficient task completion.
- Train, supervise, and mentor employees to achieve high work standards and provide opportunities for growth.
- Maintain compliance with relevant policies, processes, and procedures, as well as building codes.
- Inspect equipment upon return, report, record, and notify any damage.
- Assist in stocktakes and asset disposals, and maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the workshop/yard.
Key Requirements:
- A valid High Risk Work Licence.
- A current Drivers Licence.
- Relevant experience in equipment rental, construction, or an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of building codes and practical requirements.
- Handyperson skills with a strong aptitude for hands-on tasks.
- The ability to promote a positive safety culture.
- Exceptional planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
- The ability to multitask and be flexible.
