Job Description:

Serve as a strategic facilitator to ensure seamless integration of robust governance frameworks within the Technology Infrastructure department. Oversee quality control initiatives and supervise critical governance components, fostering ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic assistance for Quality Control project implementation in alignment with EU requirements.
  • Bridge gaps between AD Strategy and workstreams by breaking down complex tasks into achievable milestones with defined ownership.
  • Maintain centralized tools to guarantee visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate inputs for regular meetings to maintain accountability across workstreams.
  • Develop standardized templates and mentorship for consistency across Quality Control initiatives, ensuring robust governance and audit readiness.
  • Regularly update documentation to reflect changing risks, regulations, and lessons, aligning with EU principles.
  • Facilitate clear traceability from commitments to evidence, strengthening confidence in Quality Control's compliance through robust documentation standards.
