Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with core banking, credit, and compliance systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Drive change management, training, and stakeholder adoption through excellent communication and engagement skills.
- Loan Origination Software Expertise: Proven experience implementing Loan Origination Software is essential.
- Strong Project Background: 5-10 years of strong project background in banking/financial services.
- Vendor Management: Skilled in managing vendors, third parties, and cross-functional teams.
