Project Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced project leader to join our team and drive the success of our engineering projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project teams and stakeholders through all phases of project development
  • Developing and implementing project plans, budgets and timelines
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Managing project risks and issues
  • Providing technical support and guidance to project teams

Requirements for the role include:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven experience in managing projects and leading project teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications for the role include:

  • Experience in FMCG or production environment
  • Familiarity with Australian Engineering standards
