Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects in the food industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project scopes, engaging stakeholders, and overseeing installation and commissioning activities.

About the Job
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring safety, quality, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including maintenance and operations teams.
Responsibilities
  • Project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Resource allocation and management.
  • Risk management and mitigation.
  • Quality assurance and control.
  • Continuous improvement and process optimization.
Skill Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing projects in FMCG industries.
  • Strong knowledge of packing systems, packaging, line layouts, process flows, P&IDs, and building expansions.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and Solid Edge.
  • Familiarity with Australian Engineering standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
