Electrical Site Supervisor

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, and plant equipment in surface and underground environments.

The role requires strong project management skills to undertake tasks as directed by the Superintendent, leading a team of Electricians and Leading Hands, ensuring high standards of safety on site, reporting task status, and maintaining records of work-in-progress.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of professionals to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for quality improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Plan and coordinate projects, including resource allocation and scheduling
  • Conduct regular site inspections and identify areas for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Trade certification (AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech)
  • NSW Electrical Licence
  • High-risk work Licence EWP
  • Working at Heights (completed within the last 18 months)
  • CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months)
  • Unrestricted C Class Driver's Licence
  • White / Blue Construction Card
