Key ResponsibilitiesThe Stakeholder Engagement Manager will develop and implement engagement plans and initiatives with community, referring agencies, and other stakeholders to promote Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) and Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) programs and services.
This role identifies and develops business and partnership opportunities to deliver growth and expansion of both AMEP & SEE Programs and Work Based Training initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A relevant degree qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with business environments in the education sector.
- Sound business and financial acumen, balanced by a talent for creative thinking and problem solving.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and a willingness to work and collaborate with others.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships and networks both internally and externally.
- High level of interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in a multi-cultural learning environment.
