**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Officer. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Pathways to Community Living team.

  • Provide administrative and data support to the Pathways to Community Living team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain office systems and deliver high-quality customer-focused service, meeting the needs of clients and colleagues alike.
  • Support other administrative positions within Mental Health Services, collaborating with inpatient and outpatient units.
  • Engage with clients face-to-face and may travel to various sites across the district, fostering strong relationships and providing exceptional support.
About You:
  • You have experience in an administrative or reception role in a health or community-based setting, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
  • You are able to maintain confidentiality when required, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
