Job Opportunity

The university is seeking a senior advisor and trusted partner to the Vice-Chancellor. This role offers leadership and oversight of priority initiatives across the University, fostering collaboration and integration across divisions.

This position requires the ability to operate in complex environments, forward thinking with strong analytical skills, and proven capability to deliver results through collaboration and genuine stakeholder relationships based on trust.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure the Vice-Chancellor's priorities are advanced effectively.
  • Coordinate executive-level initiatives and enable the smooth operation of the Office of the Vice-Chancellor.
  • Provide high-level advice and decision support; oversee governance processes; represent the Vice-Chancellor when required.
  • Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the Vice-Chancellor has the information and institutional alignment needed to lead with impact.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Ability to operate in complex environments; forward thinking with strong analytical skills.

  • High integrity, judgement, discretion, and first-class communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in similar roles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
