Aboriginal Case Manager Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as an Aboriginal Case Manager. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for managing a case load of individuals with complex needs and those who have committed serious offences.
Key Responsibilities Include- Develop and implement cultural support plans for Aboriginal persons, focusing on reducing reoffending behaviour and improving individual outcomes.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide expert advice to senior management and community-based teams on effective case management strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Aboriginal organisations and other stakeholders to enhance the delivery of culturally sensitive services.
About You
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with members of the Victorian Aboriginal Community.
- Proven knowledge and understanding of the Victorian Aboriginal Community and the issues impacting on it.
- Experience in implementing best practice case management frameworks to drive positive change and outcomes.
- Skill in developing and maintaining relationships with Aboriginal organisations and other stakeholders to strengthen service delivery.
