Lead Financial Strategist Opportunity

The Lead Financial Strategist will oversee finance, shared services, and IT functions, reporting directly to the CEO. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing financial strategies, leading financial operations, overseeing cash flow and capital structure, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving IT strategy, and providing leadership and development to finance teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (Master's or CA/CPA)
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive or CFO-level role
  • Proven experience leading finance, shared services, and IT functions
  • Strong understanding of financial regulation, risk management, and compliance
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
