About the Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Integrity Consultants and Principal Integrity Consultants. These roles are responsible for conducting investigations, analyzing evidence, and making recommendations for enforcement actions. The Principal Integrity Consultant will oversee the Department's Integrity Coordinating Unit, responsible for the department-wide complaint system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct investigations and analyze evidence to make recommendations for enforcement actions
  • Compile case information to prepare reports and briefs for decision makers
  • Provide information and education on integrity matters to relevant stakeholders
  • Oversee the Department's Integrity Coordinating Unit and manage the department-wide complaint system
  • Lead misconduct assessment, prevention, education, and detection in line with the department's Integrity Framework and WA Public Sector Ethical Foundations
  • Handle disciplinary matters and provide advice and support to executives, managers, and staff on case management and investigations
Requirements
  • Exceptional advisory skills with the proven ability to negotiate and educate on complex industrial matters
  • Excellent influence and collaboration skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve effective outcomes for the Department
  • A high level of communication skills, to provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring best practices and compliance are met
  • A business improvement mindset, who excel in thinking outside the box and work collaboratively within a small team to address and resolve employee issues
