About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources & Internal Recruitment team at Scotford Fennessy. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting daily operations by interpreting multiple industrial agreements, updates, and changes in the industrial relations framework.

About You

You will have the ability to quickly grasp complexities, analyze information, and provide recommendations that drive business outcomes. You will be able to navigate ambiguity, establish relationships in our complex environment, and have a sense of humor to support others through various situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, union, and third-party relationships
  • Research and analyze information to support stakeholder decision making
  • Provide coaching and guidance to small teams through complex investigations
  • Liaise with the Fair Work Commission, Ombudsman, and Unions
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to drive business outcomes
