Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to work directly with our Director of Renewables and supervise volunteer interns on small-scale renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Renewables Director to refine strategic goals for renewable energy projects
  • Keep accurate records of all active and future EcoSwell renewable energy projects
  • Report weekly to the Director on progress made
  • Plan tasks and next steps for each project
  • Lead a team of volunteer interns to ensure project progression
  • Manage proper reporting and budgeting of projects
  • Liaise with project sponsors, suppliers, and community partners during project implementation
  • Ensure volunteer interns follow safety protocols and procedures
  • Propose improvements to designs, projects, and processes
  • Create marketing content for renewable energy projects
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in renewable energy or related field
  • Experience in renewable energy sector or relevant coursework
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year commitment
