About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Project Manager to assist in the design, development, and delivery of renewable energy projects across Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil, or related field) from a reputable university and minimum two years of experience in utility-scale solar, wind, hybrid, or BESS projects in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the design, development, and delivery of renewable energy projects, managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.
  2. Conduct technical due diligence, reviewing engineering designs, energy yield assessments, and feasibility studies.
  3. Monitor QA/QC processes, ensuring compliance with Australian industry standards and safety regulations.
  4. Provide technical support for procurement activities, equipment selection, and contractor engagement.
  5. Oversee site studies, grid connection processes, and environmental compliance.
  6. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize project performance.
  7. Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering and project management processes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil, or related field) from a reputable university.
  • Minimum two years of experience in utility-scale solar, wind, hybrid, or BESS projects in Australia.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction best practices.
  • Understanding of grid connection requirements, energy yield modelling, and system design.
  • Familiarity with Australian engineering and safety standards for renewable energy projects.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship not available).
