Job Title: Renewable Energy Projects Solicitor

We are seeking a talented and experienced solicitor to join our team as a renewable energy projects solicitor. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on all aspects of renewable energy projects, from development to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on the full life cycle of renewable projects, including development, construction, and asset management.
  • Work closely with our business teams to ensure successful delivery of renewable energy developments.
  • Collaborate with external counsel to provide comprehensive support to our business operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in law (LLB or equivalent) and admission to the Australian bar.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a solicitor in the energy sector, preferably on grid-scale renewable energy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian energy laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
