Key Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly reporting timetables, accounting software, reconciliations, debt management, and process efficiencies.
  • Collect audited certificated, enter into the accounting system, adjust variances as necessary.
  • Process tenant manual billings, non-tenant invoicing, and receipting, including Centre Issues Report (CIR) and unallocated cash.
  • Report, maintain, and collect Public Liability Insurance.
  • Facilitate ongoing upskilling of administration skills to develop capabilities required to step into the Administration Manager role.

Requirements

  • A background in financial administration (accounts receivable and/or payable) and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Adept at managing change in systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience in an environment where the customer experience is central to everything done.
