Role Summary

This dynamic position is pivotal in driving the adoption of advanced surgical technologies. As a Clinical Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in collaborating with leading surgeons and Key Opinion Leaders to drive projects that improve surgical precision and enhance patient outcomes.

  • Develop and deliver impactful programs that encourage product adoption and awareness, positioning navigation and robotics as essential tools for improving surgical care.
  • Create compelling educational materials, from presentations to case studies, to empower healthcare professionals and support product launches with tailored training and resources.
  • Analyse trends and sales data to craft strategic marketing initiatives and collaborate with sales teams to identify new opportunities and optimize key account management.
  • Partner with leading surgeons to promote product adoption and innovation, supporting clinical research, publications, and industry events with influential healthcare professionals.
  • Lead workshops, conferences, and product launches with precision and creativity, assessing the impact of initiatives to continually refine strategies and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Clinical Marketing & Education: Develop and deliver educational content, including workshops and hands-on training for surgical technologies.
  2. Market Analysis & Business Development: Analyse market trends, develop strategic marketing plans, and collaborate with sales teams.
  3. KOL Engagement: Partner with leading surgeons to promote product adoption and innovation.
  4. Project & Event Management: Plan and execute workshops, conferences, and product launches.
  5. Sales & Customer Support: Work closely with sales teams to enhance customer support and develop account strategies.

Requirements:

  • Established connections with spine surgeons, enhancing collaboration and product adoption.
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical marketing, medical device sales, or healthcare education.
  • Knowledge of surgical workflows, technologies, and engagement with orthopaedic and spine specialists.
  • Effective communication, project management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Australia and New Zealand.
