Systems Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our systems for ensuring operational excellence across various projects. This back-office IT role involves partnering with project teams, supporting frontline workers, and maintaining efficient systems.
Key Responsibilities- Administer digital platforms for managing safety, quality, and environmental data.
- Provide technical support and training to internal and external users.
- Monitor data consistency and accuracy across platforms.
- Generate reports and insights to support project outcomes.
- Manage documentation across systems.
- Assist with audits, compliance submissions, and system upgrades.
- Experience in administering HSEQ or compliance systems, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
- Familiarity with tools such as DoneSafe, 3DS, Rapid Global, Pegasus, or similar.
- Strong data analysis skills using Power BI, Excel, or dashboards.
- Attention to detail and focus on data integrity.
- Effective communication and training skills.
- Competence in document control systems, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
- Relevant qualification or certification.
