As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients to expand our client portfolio. Your primary objective is to proactively seek out new business opportunities, initiate contact with companies that could benefit from our comprehensive travel solutions, and build strong relationships to reinforce us as a preferred partner.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage potential clients through proactive networking and lead generation strategies, fostering relationships across various role types to drive business growth.
- Understand clients' needs and present our offering, articulating how our solution can streamline their travel programs, save time, reduce costs, and support their business objectives.
- Support new clients through onboarding, facilitating a smooth transition into our system and ensuring they are comfortable with our services and supported by a dedicated travel team.
- 1+ year experience working in a BDM or sales role within the travel and tourism sector.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a sales environment, driven to deliver sales targets and achieve KPIs.
- Proven ability to sell a solution across various role types, close opportunities, and manage external and internal stakeholders through effective communication and delivery of outcomes.
- Strong networking, lead generation, and communication skills are highly valued.
