This role requires an experienced leader with extensive welding skills and knowledge of fabrication processes. You will be responsible for supervising and managing large teams of Boiler makers/welders and Sheetmetal workers, ensuring they meet quality standards and work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage team members to achieve fabrication goals and objectives.
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and environmental practices.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in ship building/repair industry or heavy engineering fields.
  • Appropriate trade qualifications in Boilermaking Heavy Fabrication.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
