Role Summary:

Maintenance operations for Maritime products and associated equipment require a skilled professional who can develop, implement, and manage maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability.

This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate must balance multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain a strong focus on safety and operational excellence in the Naval defense industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for a range of Maritime systems and equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
  • Collaborating with the Fleet Engineering team to improve equipment reliability and maintainability.
  • Analyzing maintenance data and key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Required skills and qualifications include:

A suitable trade or engineering qualification is required, along with 7-10 years of experience in maintenance management. Strong knowledge of Maritime Systems is also essential.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in project management.
