Job Title: Maritime Regulatory Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Maritime Regulatory Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in contributing to the growth of our Seaworthiness and Regulatory Advisory business.

The successful candidate will have expertise in policy development, regulatory framework, and compliance procedures for seaworthiness. You will be responsible for drafting policies, supporting guidance material, and assisting clients with compliance submissions and approvals.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop engineering solutions and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and project objectives.

You will also be responsible for reviewing engineering documentation, participating in meetings with stakeholders, and providing engineering insights as needed. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor qualification in marine engineering or a related discipline, as well as relevant industry experience. You must hold an Australian Government Security clearance and have familiarity with work health and safety and environmental compliance.
