Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to oversee the maintenance operations for our Maritime products and associated equipment, on behalf of our Customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability of our Maritime Assets.

  • Develop, implement, and manage maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability of our Maritime Assets.
  • Recruit and manage a team of skilled technicians and tradespeople to support ongoing seaworthiness of Autonomous Underwater Vessels (AUVs), including conducting Sea Acceptance Testing (SAT), inspection, refurbishment, modification, upgrade, and end-of-life actions.
  • Establish forward operating facilities and infrastructure for the conduct of test and maintenance activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A suitable trade or engineering qualification.
  • 7-10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the maritime industry or analogous Autonomous Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Maritime Systems, including propulsion, electrical, and auxiliary systems.
