[About this role

The Digital Editor is a key position in our team, responsible for driving the success of our digital platforms across site, social, and email. This role requires a strong focus on commerce content, with a deep understanding of our key content pillars.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of editing experience in digital media, preferably in women's lifestyle. They will be skilled in content management systems, photo editing, and analytic tools, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

We are looking for a team leader who can drive a high-performing team culture, providing regular feedback via 1:1s and team meetings. The successful candidate will be able to ideate and execute commercial content opportunities, with a strong understanding of SEO content and commercial drivers for websites and digital sales processes.

Key responsibilities
  1. Plan content strategy across site and socials, balancing both short and long-term objectives
  2. Create and edit clean, on-brand, and highly engaging content across all digital platforms and content pillars
  3. Optimise existing content and convert to shoppable content where possible, using SEO insights and tools
  4. Execute commercial content opportunities, with guidance from the DME and Brand Manager
  5. Analyse and report on performance across all channels, adjusting approach as required
