Naval Career Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Naval Consultant to join our team.

This is a key role within our Naval Advisory team, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to work closely with clients to provide expert guidance and support business development efforts.

You will play a pivotal part in promoting our services and building strong relationships with naval stakeholders, contributing to advisory work including extending the operational life of naval assets and ensuring supply chain integrity.

  • This role involves leading complex projects across the maritime domain, working closely with clients to provide expert guidance while supporting business development efforts and growing our presence in Australasia.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Eligibility for security clearance from the relevant government department.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely-related discipline.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the naval sector, including its operational and regulatory landscape.
  • Extensive professional experience in naval marine engineering and consulting.
  • Membership in relevant professional institutions and continuous professional development.
  • A proven track record in technical advisory with complex project delivery experience.
  • Business development and leadership capabilities with client relationship management and team management skills.
