Job Title: Business Growth Manager

This is a key role where you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and supporting an existing customer base in Melbourne.

As a Business Growth Manager, your primary objective will be to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to exceed the company's financial goals. You will also provide regular sales reports and market/territory updates to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Provide expert advice on business growth and development
  • Assist in the establishment of pricing structures and contracts to suit client requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of increasing client base and sales growth
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
