An exciting opportunity (Full-time role) for a proactive Retail Operation Process Improvement Specialist that can play a key part in driving operational excellence by identifying, analysing, and enhancing core business processes.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will map workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and support the implementation of data-informed solutions that improve performance, ensure compliance, and elevate the customer experience.

Our Vision: Generating Change Our Mission: Your partner in delivering decentralised net zero energy solutions Our Values: Zero Harm | Enduring Solutions | Customer Driven | Trusted Partner Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end billing process for both mass market and off-market connections, including commercial and industrial (C&I) accounts.
Play a key role in data collection and reporting, including development of weekly dashboards and periodic audits of products, tariffs, and customer records.
Investigate and resolve billing exceptions through targeted analysis and ad-hoc problem-solving, driving continuous improvement across retail operations.
Document and analyse current operational workflows (billing, onboarding, metering, support).
Identify inefficiencies and standardisation opportunities using data analysis and reporting tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process pain points and implement practical solutions.
Support process improvement initiatives and change management, including drafting procedures and training materials.
Ensure operational compliance with industry regulations and proactively address risk areas.
Contribute to system enhancements by identifying interface improvements, coordinating with development teams, and leading user acceptance testing (UAT).
Qualifications A minimum of 2 years\' experience in a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or equivalent role within a highly regulated industry such as Energy, Utilities, Financial Services.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in a professional field, such as STEM or Information Technology.
Experience in data capture tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI reporting and Python; analytical problem-solving highly regarded.
Attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities effectively.
Strong initiative, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Robust process management skills with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Interest in the operation of the electricity market regulatory framework.
Ability to work as part of a close-knit team in a dynamic and growing renewable energy-focused business.
Understanding the basics of the Energy Industry value chain is preferred.
