We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Reporting Manager to join our Group Risk team at Auto & General. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and embedding of all facets of risk-related reporting across Group Risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the reporting, monitoring, and consolidation of the Group Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) Dashboard and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), delivering reports to the Executive Risk Committee.
  • Manage second-line monitoring and deep-dive reviews to ensure accurate risk data collection.
  • Lead the preparation of GRC, RAS, and KRI reports on a monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc basis.
  • Provide support for mandatory regulatory reporting and responses to regulator information requests.
  • Consolidate Line 2 Risk Reporting for Divisional Risk Committees.
  • Engage with stakeholders to develop and maintain risk reporting frameworks and ensure insights are aligned with organizational risk strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of risk reporting experience, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of APRA prudential standards applicable to financial services.
  • Proven experience in the general insurance industry is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking, with advanced experience in policy and framework development.
  • Leadership experience in managing subject matter experts, with the ability to drive performance and engagement.
