Leadership Position: Community Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in a leadership position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing a life-changing initiative, including project design, development and implementation, reporting, internal and external partner and stakeholder management, and overseeing the fundraising strategy and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embed quality monitoring and evaluation practices into all aspects of the program
- Provide supervision and management to staff, volunteer mentors, and consultants
- Represent the organisation on a community level, networking with relevant industry partners
Requirements:
- Qualifications and/or a demonstrated understanding of community development approach
- Strong project management skills
- Extensive fundraising and grants management experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of the migrant/refugee sector
