Job Title: Family Violence Healing Leader

We're seeking a strong Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander male to lead a team in supporting community healing through culturally grounded programs.

About the Role

You'll lead a team of facilitators and case managers working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and families impacted by Family Violence. Your leadership will ensure programs are delivered with cultural safety, integrity, and strong community connection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of facilitators and case managers in delivering culturally responsive programs
  • Ensure program delivery meets cultural safety and integrity standards
  • Support community members on their healing journey
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in Family Violence
  • Solid understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice
  • Diploma or higher in a relevant field
  • Passion for supporting mob on their healing journey
