This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the health services we provide in support of the Australian Defence Force.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and oversight across the ADF Health Services business, working closely with the General Manager Clinical Governance and the broader Leadership Team to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care.
- Clinical Leadership:
- Provide expert guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality care is delivered across all service delivery activities.
- Act as the nominated incident manager for clinical complaints and incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and drive clinical quality improvements through collaboration with stakeholders.
