Project Change Management Specialist

Join our team and embark on an exciting opportunity to support large-scale system change and adoption. As a Change Analyst, you will play a vital role in conducting analysis to identify change impacts and potential risks to the business and program.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to inform the change management strategy and tactics.
  2. Assist with developing and executing detailed change management plans in coordination with the Change Manager to support the program implementation.
  3. Participate in creating and distributing communications to keep stakeholders informed about program updates and developments.
  4. Contribute to developing training materials and planning training sessions to facilitate successful adoption of the new system.
  5. Support tracking and reporting of change management metrics to evaluate success of change initiatives and adapt plans as necessary.
  6. Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plan.
  7. Participate in focus groups and workshops with end users to gather feedback and understand resistance, ensuring user-centred approach to change.
  8. Maintain project documentation related to change management, including stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and communication records.
  9. Assist with managing change network, engaging and supporting change champions within organisation to drive program's success.
  10. Facilitate and coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive approach to change management across program.
  11. Provide administrative and logistical support for change management events, engagements, and training sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in change management in complex ICT-enabled change programs or projects, including utilisation of structured organisational change methodologies and tools.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret and distil complex data, prepare written reports, and propose business-focused solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with capability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills working in demanding environment, with capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results within tight timeframes.
  • Capacity to develop and maintain productive working relationships with wide range of stakeholders, including team members, management, and end users.
  • Familiarity with Human Capital Management Systems, and ability to quickly understand their functions and features to support users.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with ability to think on feet and respond to emerging challenges in change process.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work within continually changing project scopes and deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in use of digital analytical tools, such as MS Excel, Access, or similar for data-driven change analysis.
