Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Companion Animal Business Unit. As a key member of our sales team, you will drive business growth by developing and implementing strategies that promote outcomes with key veterinary accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive high-performing sales teams to meet business priorities in QLD + NT territories
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide actionable feedback
  • Manage territory planning and execute successful marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with national teams to track sales metrics and ensure best practices

You will foster a sales-driven culture through ongoing training and coaching, develop team skills to optimize territory management and customer targeting, and mentor team members while managing daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Life Science and/or Business preferred)
  • Extensive customer-facing sales experience, ideally in Animal Health
  • Proven success managing sales teams and delivering on KPIs and targets

As a successful candidate, you will possess strong business acumen, budget management expertise, solid experience in related markets or industries, and excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
