About the Role:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Veterinarians, Vet Nurses, Store Managers, and wholesalers.
- Provide expert advice and training to customers, ensuring they fully understand and can effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
- Utilise customer insights and data to tailor your approach and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Promote and present products through corporate sales presentations, customer visits, and industry events.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, including pricing queries, compliance issues, and product complaint investigations.
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, and technical services to support customer needs and business success.
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge to remain competitive and provide informed recommendations to customers.
- A tertiary degree in business or science (preferred).
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales or account management.
- The ability to build and nurture strong relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive customer engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using digital tools such as an iPad.
- High level of resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, ensuring timely responses to customer needs.
