
Call Centre Agent

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following key competencies:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent multitasking skills, ensuring effective management of multiple concurrent tasks and maintaining a calm and focused demeanor.
- Capacity to perform under pressure and maintain attention to detail, adhering strictly to established processes.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (30-40 WPM).
- Proficiency in common office software, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls (Prior experience in call centres is highly valued).
- Willingness to adapt to shift work, encompassing day shifts and night shifts.
- Rapid learning capabilities for new computer applications.
