Customer Service Representative

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following key competencies:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, ensuring effective management of multiple concurrent tasks and maintaining a calm and focused demeanor.
  • Capacity to perform under pressure and maintain attention to detail, adhering strictly to established processes.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (30-40 WPM).
  • Proficiency in common office software, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls (Prior experience in call centres is highly valued).
  • Willingness to adapt to shift work, encompassing day shifts and night shifts.
  • Rapid learning capabilities for new computer applications.
