Job Title: Production Assistant

The position of a Production Assistant is available in our company. This role involves supporting daily production activities by providing administrative and coordination services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • To support the Operations Manager and contribute to promoting a safe work environment, adhering to relevant policies and legislation.">
  • To maintain site accreditation and quality documentation, ensuring compliance with HACCP and Quality Management System (QMS).">
  • To assist in maintaining accurate records, performing data entry, and posting finished goods and work-in-progress production entries into D365.">
  • To communicate effectively with internal and external customers, handle queries via phone and email, and coordinate logistics and inventory management.">
  • To provide general support to the Production team on projects and initiatives, engage in personal development, and participate in relevant training and site meetings.">
  • To fulfill additional responsibilities assigned by Management or delegated authority.">

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with experience in an office or administrative environment, possessing solid knowledge of accounting and administration principles.

">

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

">

A background in accounts payable processes and production support functions, as well as familiarity with ERP systems like D365, would be beneficial.

">

Familiarity with manufacturing or FMCG environments is also desirable.

">
