As a Campos Production Assistant in Eagle Farm, Brisbane, you'll be involved in various stages of the production process of our coffee, ensuring the coffee is prepared, blended, bagged, aged appropriately and packed with accuracy whilst adhering to cleanliness and food grade regulations at all times.

In this role, you'll love the ability to:

- Gain full exposure across the different functions of the Warehouse and Production
- Have a diverse and varied role where no two days are the same
- Contribute to and work in a safety-first culture and environment
- Put your basic mechanical aptitude and know-how to good use
- Learn how to blend premium quality coffee
- Be involved in the process of getting our finished product to our customers

**Working days and hours**
The standard working days and hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. However, sometimes you might be required to work on a Saturday (Saturday rates apply). Flexibility with hours is essential.

For this role as a Production Assistant, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- You have the capability to regularly lift and move up to 25kg independently
- Attention to detail and appreciation for quality
- High organisation skills and ability to be agile and multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic level of computer literacy - Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work independently as well as a team contributor
- A safety-first mindset
- Flexibility with hours when necessary
