Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Assistant Cheese Maker is a crucial member of the cheese production team in the Brisbane area. As an assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Master Cheese maker in cheese production and delivery.

  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and appliances to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Receiving, lifting, handling, and storing cheese deliveries with precision and care.
  • Retrieving cheese items as requested by the Master Cheese maker in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with packaging and delivering cheese products to customers.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Requirements:
  • A valid open driving licence is required for this role.
Work Details:
  • Eight hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
  • No less than 24 hours per week.
Preferred Candidate:
  • Has experience assisting in cheese production and delivery.
  • Is highly organized and able to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
