Numeracy Leadership Opportunity

The Numeracy Leader will be a catalyst for enhancing the culture of our school through clear communication and positive relationships.

This is an ongoing position, the Numeracy Leader role will be offered as a two-year contract with scope for professional growth and development.

As a 0.4 position, this role presents an excellent opportunity to balance work and personal life while contributing to the success of our school community.

We are seeking a leader who is committed to leading in a faith-based environment with Christ at its centre. We seek a leader who is passionate about their own and others' learning and who can inspire others to be lifelong learners.

The successful applicant needs to demonstrate a range of dispositions particularly being reflective, resilient, courageous, and just. They should be able to work collaboratively within a team, value success, communicate effectively, and be well-organised.

Importantly, we seek a leader who can acknowledge their strengths and be willing to develop areas for improvement.

Key requirements include holding current VIT registration, accreditation to teach Religious Education, recent experience and success in a leadership role, and a strong commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children.
