Robotic Surgery Clinical Leadership Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of clinical operational direction for a unit focused on robotic surgery. As an experienced Senior Registered Nurse, you will be accountable for the effective management of human, financial and material resources.
About the RoleKey responsibilities include facilitating a culture of continuous improvement, maintaining professional relationships with partners, providing clinical operational direction, and ensuring effective daily management of resources. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate and drive clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives, undertake direct patient care as needed, and be compliant with relevant standards.
Requirements- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Working with Childrens check
- Experience in Scrub Scout/ Robotics specifically
- Sound clinical knowledge
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive role modelling behaviours
- Excellent customer service focus, time management and prioritisation
