We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Media Coordinator to join our in-house Group Media Buying team at Auto & General. As a Media Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the seamless execution of media campaigns across various channels, including Television, BVOD, Outdoor, Radio, and Cinema.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and execution of media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and finance, to align on campaign budgets and timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media partners and external agencies.
- Utilize media research and monitoring tools to develop and share relevant insights, driving campaign optimization and improvement.
- Manage campaign bookings and reconcile with purchase orders to maintain monthly invoice accuracy.
- Generate detailed post-campaign reporting on media outcomes, including audience delivery, media value, and reach and frequency results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, or proven experience in a similar role for 1-2 years.
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong time management and prioritization capabilities.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Experience with media planning and research tools, such as eTAM, MOVE, and Spectra.
- Experience with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
