This is a permanent full time role based in BRISBANE.
We're looking for a diligent and well-organised person to join our Traffic team in the role of Commercial Allocations Coordinator.
**What you'll be doing**:
Taking responsibility for the allocation of key numbers to the Client Campaigns
Liaise with Traffic Operations, Sales, Content Services and On-air Presentation
Ensuring adherence to client’s instructions for broadcast
Ensure that material is on hand and CAD approved
Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Checking commercial placement to ensure it meets classification requirements set out in the Code of Practice
What are we looking for in a Commercial Allocations Coordinator? What's important?
Experience in a Sales operations or traffic role in a TV network (ideal but not essential)
Experience working with IBMS is ideal but not essential, definitely strong Excel & Microsoft suite skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise issues
Ability to work with several different stakeholders with varying agendas and priorities
Very strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in a similar Commercial Allocations role
A passion for television and Network 10 shows
