Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Event Production Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the event production process, ensuring seamless delivery of events from concept to execution.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about live experiences and event production. As an Event Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting event producers with project management, client communication, and coordination with internal teams.

  • Support event producers in managing projects, including timelines, budgets, documentation, and supplier coordination.
  • Assist with client communications – preparing meeting notes, project updates, and coordinating approvals.
  • Help scope projects and build budgets, tracking costs and reconciling post-event.
  • Coordinate with creative, technical, and production teams to ensure all deliverables are clear and on track.
  • Support onsite delivery, including setup, rehearsals, and managing suppliers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3+ years' experience in events, preferably within brand activations, experiential, or live production.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in live experiences, events, and client service.
