About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Event Production Coordinator to support our national experiences team. This key support role will help deliver memorable brand experiences and events while developing skills to lead projects in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting event producers in managing projects from brief through to delivery, including timelines, documentation, and supplier coordination.
  • Assisting with client communications - preparing meeting notes, project updates, and coordinating approvals.
  • Helping scope projects and build budgets, tracking costs and reconciling post-event.
  • Coordinating with creative, technical, and production teams to ensure all deliverables are clear and on track.
  • Supporting onsite delivery, including setup, rehearsals, and managing suppliers.
  • Using systems and processes to keep projects organized and transparent.
  • Building strong relationships with internal team members, suppliers, and clients, based on reliability, attention to detail, and trust.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-3+ years' experience in events, ideally within brand activations, experiential, or live production.
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in live experiences, events, and client service.
  • The ability to learn from experienced event producers and gradually take on more responsibility.
