
Client Engagement Manager

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support our team across client management, project coordination, and general operations. This diverse role blends administration with client support and offers hands-on experience in a fast-evolving industry.
As a key member of our team, you will be working directly with our Co-Founders and collaborating with other specialists to build client relationships, manage projects, and provide ongoing support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain progress trackers, review systems, and documentation for internal and external use
- Communicate directly with clients to assist with onboarding, follow-ups, and ongoing support
**Reporting:**
- Collaborate with the SEO and Sales specialists to build client reports using Ahrefs, Google Search Console, CallRail, and Canva (training provided)
- Prepare and co-deliver fortnightly and monthly reporting presentations for clients
**Requirements:**
- Organised, self-motivated, and dependable
- Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience in administration, client service, or project support roles
- Fast learner with strong initiative and attention to detail
